A Sales Representative, you are responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will work closely with various departments within the company, such as project management and marketing, to ensure that our products and services are successfully sold and meet our customers expectations.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients and market opportunities within the construction sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Develop tailored offers and proposals for clients.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing.
- Monitor market trends and competition to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Report sales results and forecasts to management.
- Represent Hengelhoef Concrete Joints at trade fairs, events, and networking meetings.
- Providing technical consultancy.
- Proactively sourcing new clients across Poland in a "hunter" role.
Your profile
- A technical university degree (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role within the construction sector.
- Proven experience in B2B project-based sales.
- Strong understanding of the Polish construction industry, especially large-scale projects (e.g., logistics hubs).
- Excellent commercial skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Solid knowledge of the Polish construction market and relevant laws and regulations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
- Fluent in Polish and English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to develop market-entry strategies for new products.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Category B driving license.
