Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To be fully responsible for achieving the sales targets set in the annual plan
Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers
Provide market information to maintain a good understanding of the market
Develop and maintain in-depth market knowledge, demographics and hospital care market information for assigned sales territory
Conduct training for medical personnel and end users on the full range of products
Identify additional business opportunities and develop portfolio development strategies
Develop and implement sales strategies with a focus on the local and regional level to defend and expand the product portfolio.
Monitor product sales and work closely with marketing, customer service and customer operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Participate in regional and local conferences.
Provide feedback on product simplification and standardization to increase sales line profitability.
Work closely with other sales representatives to increase product penetration
Develop working relationships with other company functions to ensure that the most effective solutions are applied in coordinating the sales process, provide a full range of pre- and post-sales support effectively and efficiently, and improve the efficiency of the entire sales department
Create, conduct and promote marketing events to support sales goals.

Passion for ensuring customer satisfaction
Current drivers license
Location - Warsaw or immediate vicinity
Willingness to travel frequently for business
Basic English communication skills in speaking, reading and writing (internal product training is often conducted in English)
Ability to work independently and determination to succeed
Product knowledge - knowledge of renal replacement therapy products and medical devices used in hospital wards will be an added advantage
