? What you’ll be doing:

• Growing our client base and expanding sales opportunities,
• Building long-term partnerships and supporting clients with expert knowledge,
• Leading negotiations and setting win‑win terms of cooperation,
• Driving sales performance by delivering on ambitious targets,
• Preparing contracts and addendums,
• Reporting key results and sales activities,
• Engaging in public procurement projects.

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Category B driving license,
• Good knowledge of MS Office,
• Familiarity with public procurement procedures is a plus,
• Previous experience in sales – especially in waste management or environmental services – will set you apart,
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
• A self‑starter mindset, strong initiative, and goal orientation.
