We are partnering with Global Healthcare Company to recruit a Sales Representative.
Our client is a global healthcare company committed to making life more rewarding and dignified for people who use our products and services. The company has been present in the Central Europe region through a distributor and is already recognized in the market. Now, they are building their own Sales and Marketing organization in Poland from the ground up and opening a new office – an exciting time to join and shape the future.
Currently we are looking for Sales Representative.
As a Sales Representative in the Poland Business Unit, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Ostomy products and services, generating new business and developing existing business within your assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the use of obrand products, accessories and services across a range of channels including Hospitals, Clinics, Pharmacies, Medical Supply Companies, Distributors and Direct to Consumer
- Develop and execute the annual territory plan and its targets, as agreed with the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager
- Manage customer contact, ensure regular calls/visits, negotiate and develop business opportunities in all accounts, particularly in the designated ‘A’ accounts, to achieve sales and margin targets and highly satisfied customers
- Complete regular business reviews to track and analyze account activity to drive business decisions and plan the most effective coverage through selective account targeting
- Work with the Regional Sales Manager to identify and implement product conversion campaigns
- Attend / hold events to engage with clinical and external partners
- Regularly liaise with the Regional Sales Manager and Marketing Team to share insights and drive business outcomes
- Ensure that samples, aids, and training to customers are maintained in excellent order
- Maintain timely and accurate account profiles and records, utilizing our CRM system (Sales Force)
- Continuously develop, train and practice Hollister’s selling process and execute best‑in‑class sales excellence
Requirements
- Must be able to travel within assigned territory, and participate in national & international sales meetings and external conferences
- Must hold a valid driving license
- Experience working in medical device or healthcare sales with understanding of the Polish healthcare industry
- Strong commercial acumen and highly results driven
- Experience using a CRM system and Microsoft Office packages
- Strong communication, selling and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Polish
