Achieve territory sales targets through the execution of the sales strategy and by establishing new customer relationships while managing existing clients
Develop and manage the key account strategy for the respective region to maintain and advance the project pipeline
Develop, negotiate, and oversee contracts, pricing, and tailored sales programs in line with the channel strategy
Conduct effective market research in order to identify opportunities to expand Armacell’s footprint in the building & construction industry
Collaborate cross-functionally within the organization, providing market insights to the Technical Marketing team for new technology and solution development
Train clients on Armacell's solutions to enhance market penetration
Document activities using Salesforce.com
Our requirements
Strong sales and business acumen, focusing on solutions
Bachelor's Degree in Structural, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering preferred
Previous sales experience in the building industry or HVAC, heating and plumbing sectors
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for clear articulation of technical concepts
Proficiency in technical added value specification sales and project sales
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, make sound decisions, and thrive in a multicultural, matrix environment
English language proficiency, at least at a communicative level, required for effective communication and future professional growth
Willingness and ability to travel, possessing a valid driver's license
