Sales Representative – Direct Sales Warsaw Region role at BauWatch Group. We are looking for a Sales Representative – Direct Sales to work in the Warsaw region.
The Role
As Sales Representative you are a cornerstone to realizing our growth ambitions in Poland. You will develop and contribute to the commercial plan, identify opportunities in the market, build and maintain a relevant network, draw up tenders and contracts, manage contract and customer administration, and implement BauWatch solutions and services sold. This position involves working closely with the Managing Director to achieve commercial objectives and providing essential support to the Operations Team in meeting customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Directly responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new customers and following up on marketing leads.
- Meet the KPIs around sales performance, including visits, offers, and orders.
- Support marketing activities such as telephone campaigns, company presentations, and attendance at trade fairs.
- Develop and nurture new and existing customers, build and maintain a relationship network, respond to customer needs, inform customers of new BauWatch developments and solutions, and handle complaints to ensure lasting partnerships.
- Advise the Managing Director, product management, and group management on market opportunities and threats and potential adjustments to the commercial strategy based on experience and data.

Formal Qualifications
- Sales experience: Senior secondary vocational education with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably including cold calling and on-site/office visits.
- Willing to travel around Poland; some overnight stays may be required (paid expenses and overtime).
- Experience or interest in visiting construction sites; previous experience or relationships in the construction industry is a plus.
- Technology skills: good knowledge of MS Office; preferably experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Language skills: Native Polish speaker; conversational English for internal communication.
- Driver’s license: Full, valid driving license.
