Your responsibilities

Act as an integrator between strategic and partnership customers and the IQ Metal organization.
Ensure IQ Metal becomes our customers preferred supplier by focusing on their needs.
Lead new projects, collaborations, and stakeholder connections across the IQ Metal Group.
Manage all aspects of sales-oriented customer service with a focus on strategic partnerships.
Lead project integration between customers and internal IQ Metal teams.
Champion a customer-first approach and ensure their interests are prioritized.
Coordinate cross-functional projects across different departments and locations.
Drive the implementation of business cases and strategic initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Our requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in project management.
Good command of English (minimum B2) in speaking and writing.
Good command of Polish (minimum B2) in speaking and writing.
Engineering or Master’s degree in Engineering is a plus.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Experience in customer relationship management and cross-functional collaboration.
A technical background and the ability to read technical drawings are welcome.
Skills & Qualifications:
Project Leadership: Experience in managing cross-functional projects and facilitating communication.
Commercial Awareness: Understanding of market dynamics and sales strategies.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems and project management tools.
Strong Communication: Ability to present and convey ideas effectively.
Industry Experience: Previous work in a relevant industry or customer-centric project management.
Organizational & Planning Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks across different teams.
