We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Project Executive to support the growth of the e-mobility market in Poland. If you have experience in B2B sales, a passion for innovation, and the drive to make a real impact on the energy transition, this opportunity is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
- responsible for acquiring new B2B customers and leading tender processes in the Polish market (B2B - no private customers)
- networking in the industry (e.g. e-mobility interest groups, etc.)
- coordinating the sales pipeline, managing opportunities and ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- forecast planning
- supporting the development and execution of local marketing and event activities in collaboration with the team
- acquiring customers in defined areas and customer segments
- ensuring top-level customer service in close collaboration with service providers
- supporting customers in finding optimal solutions, acting as a trusted advisor in projects
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in e-mobility (EV)
- completed technical and/or commercial training
- willingness to travel (approx. 50% of working hours)
- great interest in the areas of e-mobility and innovation (Start-Up Mentality)
- ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
- sales-oriented thinking and independent work
- good knowledge of business administration
- good Networker
- experience in presenting and representing
- english spoken and written
- innovative, entrepreneurial and analytical thinking when solving complex tasks
- structured and careful way of working
- high degree of independence, personal responsibility, reliability and communication skills
