Your responsibilities

As a Sales Process Lead at IBK Bank Polska S.A., you will be responsible for optimizing and overseeing the Bank’s sales processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction, especially for Korean corporate clients operating in Poland.

You will play a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring smooth internal coordination, and supporting the Korean expatriate management team to drive business success.

Your deep understanding of Korean corporate culture and strong communication skills will help foster trusted partnerships and seamless operations.

• Design, implement, and improve sales processes to maximize client service efficiency

• Act as a key contact point for Korean corporate clients, ensuring excellent relationship management

• Cooperate closely with product, risk, and operations teams to align sales activities and ensure smooth execution

• Assist expatriate managers in client-facing activities and ensure cultural and business alignment

• Monitor sales pipeline and performance indicators, providing regular updates to management

• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty

Our requirements

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has 3+ years of experience in sales operations, corporate client management, or related fields

• Understands how to build and optimize sales processes for financial products and services

• Has strong relationship management skills and experience working with corporate clients

• Possesses deep understanding of Korean corporate culture and excellent communication skills with Korean decision makers

• Is highly organized and able to collaborate across multiple teams

• Is fluent in Polish and English

We expect to receive business license from KNF by November 2025. We have submitted the business license application and will proceed with revising regulations and establishing risk management processes based on KNF’s opinion. After business license, we will report to various supervisory agencies and perform risk management tasks.
