Sales Process Improvement Management Consultant with German (GN)

THE WORK:

  • Share knowledge of current sales trends, motivated to embrace new opportunities and drive growth through industry best practices.
  • Define and implement sales strategies for blue-chip companies, driven by challenges and global expansion.
  • Lead transformation projects by introducing new sales models supported by IT solutions, dedicated to evolving skills in innovative environments.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand and improve processes, enthusiastic about professional growth through continuous learning.
  • Support project management using both classic and agile methodologies, proactively enhancing skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Global Network (GN SONG) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe and Middle East, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree.
  • Industry (retail, automotive, pharma, banking …) and/or Consulting experience.
  • Solid knowledge and direct experience in sales processes and/or transformation programs in B2B and B2C.
  • Hands-on experience in leading and implementing sales management systems.
  • Excellent German and English communication skills (written & spoken) as your projects will be mostly placed in the international environment.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Good understanding of sales funnel management and CRM systems.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in improving business processes and collecting and analyzing business and IT requirements.
  • Experience working with other well known platforms like SAP, Salesforce …
  • AI Agents experience
