For our office in PL-Katowice, we are looking for a Sales Pricing Specialist (1.0 FTE).
Function
- You will enforce our department ‘Intermodal Pricing & Sales Support’ (PL – Katowice) and support the different Business Units within the Move Group.
- You will report to the Supervisor ‘Pricing & Sales Support’ – eXcellence Center (BE – Genk).
- You will be responsible for the optimization of our sales and procurement back office.
- You will follow a training ‘on the job’. The function consists of a wide range of tasks: customer contact, analyzing customer needs, making cost calculations and quotations, CRM management, handling and follow-up of tenders, administration of sales and procurement rates in TMS.
- You will work in a team with other ‘Sales- and Procurement Representatives’.
Profile
- You are ambitious with strong social orientation and have a large dose of responsibility and adaptability. You can excel both independently and collaboratively with our international team.
- You have completed a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in logistics, or have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar function.
- You work accurately and are attentive in planning and organizing, enabling you to meet tight deadlines.
- Professional experience in a similar function is an advantage.
- You have good knowledge of Polish and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Dutch, German, or Italian is a plus.
- You possess good written communication skills and commercial talent.
- You are organized and can work systematically.
- You have a very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and enjoy working with figures.
