Obowiązki
- developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize results and optimize sales processes,
- monitoring and analyzing sales performance indicators and developing actions to adjust pricing policies to current market needs,
- collaborating with the marketing team in planning and executing sales campaigns that effectively respond to our customers needs,
- building, managing, and configuring CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales process automation tools, including their implementation from scratch,
- closely tracking competitor activities and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities and strengthen our market position,
- identifying and implementing innovative sales solutions and tools to enhance sales team efficiency, including automation of reporting and data analysis to improve business performance.
Wymagania
- a higher education degree, preferably in business, sales, marketing, or related fields,
- at least 3 years of professional experience in sales, including sales strategy development,
- the ability to analyze sales data and apply insights in practice,
- good command of English at a communicative level (B2+),
- availability for full-time, on-site work - willingness to travel for business purposes,
- experience working with CRM systems and sales process automation tools,
- excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling effective collaboration with various teams and clients,
- experience in the aesthetic medicine or pharmaceutical industry will be an additional advantage.
