Job Description:
- Contacting potential customers
- Identifying key decision makers and generating interest
- Creating and updating training materials and instructions
- Building lasting relationships with customers based on trust
- Solving complex problems
- Collaborating with customers and stakeholders to resolve issues quickly
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a BPO environment
- Good knowledge of supply chain management
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools (preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B1)
- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel
- Analytical, problem solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time
- Good communication skills with internal customers
- Experience in dealing with customers will be an asset
- Experience in training and knowledge base development will be an asset
