Sales Operations Specialist
Your responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to support the Business Development team in a back-office capacity. This role involves managing and analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and assisting in the preparation and management of key documents. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for improving workflows through automation and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management:
•Collect and maintain contract and customer data in company systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Reporting and Analysis:
•Prepare and manage customer sales reports, focusing on accuracy and clarity. Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel, visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI), and other data management tools to support reporting processes.
Process Optimization:
•Identify opportunities for streamlining workflows and implement automation tools to enhance efficiency in data management and reporting tasks.
Document Preparation and Management:
•Assist in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of key documents related to sales and business development.
Back-Office Support:
•Provide administrative and operational support to Business Development Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on data-related tasks.
Our requirements
Education:
•Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience:
•At least 1 year of work experience in an administrative, data management, or back-office role, preferably within an international organization.
Technical Skills:
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and other reporting or data management systems is strongly preferred.
Language Skills:
•Strong command of English. Knowledge of another European language is a plus.
Work Arrangement:
•Comfortable with a hybrid work model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
