Obowiązki

• managing the sales team, including recruitment and training of employees,
• implementing sales strategies and optimizing sales processes,
• analyzing the market and competitors to improve sales efficiency,
• implementing and managing CRM systems and sales automation tools,
• collaborating with the marketing department to develop sales strategies,
• monitoring sales performance and implementing corrective actions.

Wymagania

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field,
• min. 3 years of experience in a similar role,
• strong knowledge of sales techniques and data analysis skills,
• fluency in English - min. B2+,
• experience working with CRM systems and sales automation tools,
• excellent communication and negotiation skills,
• experience in the medical aesthetics or pharmaceutical sales industry is a plus.
