Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of designated services by the vendor, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Act as the main point of contact between the partner and the vendor’s development and operations teams.
- Proactively update the partner on potential issues and address them early on.
- Enhance program operations with a focus on process optimization and quarterly strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate and lead all account review meetings, collaborating with relevant managers and operations leads to assess daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
- Ensure all agreed deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Provide regular coaching and development for the team lead group.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 7 years of varied experience in scalable operations and sales environments, with a background in managing both internal and external (3rd party vendor) relationships.
- Strong RevOps mindset.
- Excellent cross-functional and regional collaboration skills, able to adapt to a fast-paced international environment and eager to share best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach.
- Exceptional prioritization and time management skills, especially under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- Fluent in English (C1 or above) proficiency in additional languages, such as Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, or German, is a plus.
