For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

Job Description:
- Reaching out to potential customers
- Identifying key decision-makers and generating interest
- Developing and updating training materials and work instructions
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with customers
- Addressing and solving complex issues
- Collaborating with customers and stakeholders to resolve problems efficiently
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a BPO company
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (preferred)
Excellent command of German (C1) and good command of English (B1)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Solid understanding of supply chain management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively
Strong communication skills when working with internal stakeholders
Customer service experience is a plus
Experience in training delivery and knowledge base creation is an advantage
