Job Description:
Reaching out to potential clients
Identifying key decision-makers and sparking interest
Establishing long-term relationships with clients built on trust
Addressing and resolving complex challenges
Working closely with clients and stakeholders to swiftly resolve issues
Developing and maintaining training materials and guidelines
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a BPO setting
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus
Strong German (C1) and intermediate English (B1) skills
Proficient in MS Excel
Solid understanding of supply chain management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently
Effective communication skills when interacting with internal customers
Experience in customer service is an advantage
Experience in training and developing knowledge bases is a bonus
