Sales Office Specialist with Serbian or Croatian

The role is based in a growing warehouse in Czeladź (Poland) and requires a dedicated, ambitious candidate who wants long‑term growth with Portwest.
Responsibilities
- Provide post‑sales support to B2B clients via email and phone
- Process returns and warranty claims for local and international customers
- Maintain continual contact with clients, sales reps, carriers, and the central hub in Ireland
- Coordinate status updates on deliveries, returns, and claims
- Build long‑term relationships with customers
Requirements
- Fluent in Serbian or Croatian
- Good command of English
- High level of professional etiquette in client interactions
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong prioritisation and multitasking skills
- Motivated, engaged, and team‑oriented
Preferred Skills
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of Slovenian, Macedonian, Albanian, or Greek
