Role Description

This is a part‑time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at our Upwork Agency focusing on web and app development. The position is based in the Wroclaw Metropolitan Area with opportunities for remote work flexibility. Responsibilities include overseeing lead generation through Upwork, engaging with prospective clients, preparing proposals, managing accounts, and driving project closures. You will work closely with our technical teams to align sales strategies with client requirements and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Sales and client engagement skills, including lead generation, proposal creation, and account management
  • Experience with web and app development service offerings, with knowledge of platforms such as iOS, Android, and website development tools
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities
  • Familiarity with Upwork or similar freelancing platforms
  • Organizational and time‑management skills to manage multiple clients and deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed
  • Previous experience in sales or business development within IT or digital services is an advantage
