Job Description:

We are a medium-sized trading company in paraffin oil and chemical products, which stands for an ideal link between the European and Eastern European markets.

We search for a Sales Manager / Trader (m/f) for Poland. The position is extremely interesting and provides a high degree of design flexibility.

Tasks

  1. Prepare offers and conduct contract negotiations to successful conclusions.
  2. Distribute or sell paraffin wax and other chemicals to industrial customers, supported by initial customer service.
  3. Acquire new customers and conduct negotiations with Polish refineries.

Requirements

  1. Communicative, fluent, and goal-oriented.
  2. Strong team skills with a high level of commitment and responsibility.
  3. Sales experience or a strong affinity for distribution.
  4. Self-motivated with leadership ability.
  5. Completed training.
  6. Very good Polish and English skills, both written and spoken; Russian or German language skills are a plus.
  7. Industry experience in paraffin oil and chemical trade.
  8. Good knowledge of standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
  9. Drivers license and car are required.

Willingness to perform, a commercial education, and professional experience in the chemical or petroleum market are essential. You should know the mechanisms of this market segment and leverage your existing contacts accordingly. Experience in handling international business and high-quality Polish and English language skills are mandatory.

Recognize independent, autonomous work while possessing teamwork skills. Enjoy marketing, strategic thinking, and the ability to identify market opportunities. The ability to cooperate in a cross-cultural setting and work with an international team rounds out your profile.
