Job Summary
We are looking for a Services Sales Manager who will act as the main customer contact for Services matters, offering quality services with innovative solutions and driving excellence in customer satisfaction.
The role is permanent and based in Warsaw, Poland with expected traveling up to 50% of working time.
What you will do
- Deliver financial targets for allocated customers or applications.
- Drive growth initiatives, ensuring growth from focus categories of services business.
- Understand customer needs and pain points to generate new business and offer profitable value offerings using the complete services portfolio.
- Capture customer requirements accurately to configure solutions that maximize value for the customer & Tetra Pak.
- Drive product deployment plans of services products in collaboration with Portfolio Management.
- Create solutions, quote and negotiate deals/contracts with customers.
- Support marketing to generate leads & customer interest.
- Understand and comply with Tetra Paks commercial practices framework, regulatory framework & general code of conduct.
- Collaborate with external suppliers.
We believe you have
- Minimum bachelor degree in the field of Engineering (Production/Mechanical).
- Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
- 3 years of working experience in sales management (technical fields), preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: can easily build relationships and communicate with efficiency.
- Strong self‑motivation, initiative‑taking and flexible attitude.
- Ability to work in a high‑paced environment and structure work efficiently to deliver accurate and timely results.
