We are looking for a Sales Manager who will develop and execute sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and lead cross-functional collaboration to achieve Haleon business objectives.
Role Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Execution and Activity Control: Shape and execute the Sales Roadmap for the region; develop and implement a robust channel strategy (Mass Market & Pharmacies); own sales targets, forecast accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Results-Driven Performance: Achieve aggressive sales targets across multiple channels, ensure attainment of Sales In, Sales Out, and Stock in Trade goals; excel in forecasting accuracy, distribution metrics, and in-trade execution; generate monthly and quarterly reports with actionable plans.
- Employee & Customer Structure Management: Collaborate with Marketing, Trade/Customer Marketing, NRM & SFE to prioritize consumption generation; develop team members and promote use of performance tools; manage external sales teams and partner channels; oversee key account management and trade spend.
Why you
Basic Qualifications
- FMCG Management Experience: At least 5 years of managerial experience leading FMCG/FMCG-Healthcare sales teams (ideally includes internal & external teams).
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; local languages are an advantage.
- Strategic Vision: Experience in developing and deploying FMCG/FMCH-focused commercial and channel strategies.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with several markets within CEE, directly or through project work.
- Distributor/Key Client Experience: Experience in distributor markets or with large strategic clients through leading a sales channel.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
- Collaboration: Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Growth Mindset: Experience in identifying opportunities to grow revenue within existing and new FMCG accounts.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel.
- Drive and Independence: Motivated to drive results with accountability, able to influence store-level performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Experience in analyzing monthly sales data and implementing corrective actions to meet targets.
The role can be based in Budapest/Hungary or Warsaw/Poland.
