Our requirements
Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in selling HR and payroll solutions and services to medium and large customers. Experience in selling SAP and UKG solutions is welcome.
Independent Work Ethic: Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Initiative and Creativity: Proactive in generating new ideas and approaches to sales strategies.
Innovative Thinking: Willingness to test and implement various methods for acquiring new clients.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Fluent Polish and good English skills (B2 level).
Client Acquisition Skills: Experience in identifying and engaging potential clients effectively.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust strategies based on market feedback and changing environments.
Technological Proficiency: Comfortable with using and explaining online platforms and digital tools.
Goal-Oriented: Focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in achieving sales results above 1M Euro ACV.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team while also driving individual initiatives.
