Sales Manager Power
For the further strategic development of our Power segment, we are looking for a Sales Manager for Power Business at our location in Gdansk, Poland. As a Sales Manager, you are part of a dedicated international team and contribute directly and independently to the companys success. In this position, you will be responsible for global sales projects for Power Solutions. Our global customers include power utilities, developers, industries, and district heating providers.
We can offer you the following tasks
•Executing and building a strong sales pipeline and customer leads through active promotion of MAN ES Power Segment related products in Poland
•Identifying target projects and achieving defined order intake for the assigned region
•Leading and managing the project opportunity and core project team
•Winning new customers with a systematic approach
•Leading management approval process for firm offers
•Supporting the establishment of project structure (consortium partner and key suppliers) in coordination with internal stakeholders. Negotiating contract to reduce risks, finding right solutions and sell at prices higher than set margins with the customer within the set frame
•Developing and documenting the Sales Project tactics and activities in CRM
•Regular travels mainly in Poland are required
Your office will be located in Gdansk. As a Sales Manager you will mainly be travelling to our customers and visiting our office only a few times a month depending on your work schedule that you can arrange autonomously.
We are currently a small team that covers product launch & training, customer experience management, sales and customer onboarding. Our team has the overall responsibility to drive polish Power Solutions Sales and to make sure that new customers are on-boarded to our digital services as efficiently and service-minded as possible.
