LEDS C4 is a long-established European brand specializing in architectural lighting solutions. With over 50 years of experience, we are expanding our presence in Poland and seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Manager to drive growth in the North/West region.
Your role
As a Sales Manager, you will be the key contact for existing and prospective clients, helping to develop and expand our business in the region. This is a field-based role suited to a proactive and results-driven professional.
Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed sales targets by identifying and developing new and existing business opportunities
- Take ownership of turnover and profitability for assigned accounts and prospects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts by offering tailored solutions, product updates, and market insights
- Manage projects comprehensively from initial contact to final delivery
- Collaborate with regional managers, the country manager, and the sales team on territory planning and execution
- Attend trade shows and industry events as required
Preferred experience and skills
- Experience in the lighting industry or related segments is a plus
- Familiarity with the specification channel: architects, interior designers, lighting designers, engineers, and end clients
- Understanding of the lighting distribution structure and key players in the market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
- Driving license (Category B)
