Overview

Position: Sales Manager – Molecular and Cellular Biology Equipment and Solutions

Location: Poland (mobile)

We are part of an international group specializing in the distribution of advanced solutions for research and clinical laboratories. We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing team in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of individual sales targets and ongoing client support


• Identifying new business opportunities and building customer relationships


• Daily communication with suppliers and technical teams


• Participating in regular product and technical training


• Organizing workshops, seminars, and conferences for clients

Qualifications

• University degree in biology, biotechnology, medicine, veterinary science, or a related field


• Proven sales experience in the biomedical sector


• Fluent in English


• Native Polish speaker


• High time and personal flexibility


• Independent, responsible, and sales-driven attitude


• Willingness to travel frequently


• Category B driving license
