For the further expansion of our activities in Poland (near Katowice) we are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) - Poland
For over 75 years, HAMMELMANN has been a successful manufacturer of high-pressure systems used for cleaning and cutting purposes as well as in production processes. With over 480 employees at your headquarters in Oelde and subsidiaries in the USA, Australia, Spain, China, France, Switzerland and Turkey as well as 40 other agencies, HAMMELMANN is a globally operating company.
What you can expect:
- You are responsible for expanding our direct sales in Poland and are in charge of our branch near Katowice. You will report directly to the Area Sales Manager in Germany.
- You are personally responsible for the sales-side support of selected customers in the region and understand your future activity as a holistic, customer-orientated solution process.
- You will manage the workflows and processes in the sales area and be responsible for sales and earnings in your area of responsibility.
- In addition to budget, action and personnel planning, you will also be responsible for the entire business management of the sales area using key figures.
- As a Sales Manager, you will also be responsible for optimising workflows and processes, developing new business areas and strategically expanding existing product areas.
Your profile:
- You have a technical or commercial university degree or have acquired relevant knowledge as part of a technical or commercial apprenticeship with subsequent sound practical experience
- You have several years of experience in the sale of capital goods requiring explanation, ideally in strategic sales management, and understand how to sell these products in holistic solution concepts
- You have experience in mechanical or plant engineering
- You have several years of sound experience in managing employees and motivating a team
- A willingness to travel and business fluent English skills round off your profile
