We are looking for a committed and experienced person to join the sales management team as a Sales Manager (Motors & Drives). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Motions sales strategy in Poland to further improve ABBs market penetration and achieve our growth targets. Your main focus industries will be: power, chemical, oil, gas, cement and mining, pulp and paper. Through your overview of the entire drive technology product range, its optimal use, and the continuous observation of our market competitors, you will significantly promote our business success. You and your team will also be responsible for developing new business opportunities and improving existing ones. Every day, you will plan, lead, and ensure the execution of the sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products, systems, and/or services, and to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. In addition, you will demonstrate your professional and soft skills by leading, developing, and coaching the employees in your sales organization to achieve sales goals through high performance.
