We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of up to 11 Major & Strategic Account Executives, within the Eastern European markets, while carrying your own quota as a player-coach. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape Libra’s enterprise sales motion, drive revenue growth, and foster a culture of performance and collaboration.
You’ll report to a Head of Sales and work closely with the local Polish, Romanian, Czech and Hungarian business units, Marketing, Customer Success, and Legal Engineering teams to ensure your team delivers exceptional value to Big Law firms and large corporate legal departments across Europe.
