We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead the HVAC sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sales, excellent leadership skills, fluent German, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving business growth.

Job Description

1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives.
3. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
5. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

The Successful Applicant

1. Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
5. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
6. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
7. Fluent German is a must.
