Sales Manager - Freight Forwarding Services



Your responsibilities:

  1. Implementing sales strategies for freight forwarding services: ocean, air, rail, and land transport, intermodal transport through Gdańsk with connections worldwide, customs clearance for export and import.
  2. Developing business and achieving sales goals in the B2B channel by seeking out and fostering partnerships with business partners.
  3. Ensuring high-quality services are provided to customers.
  4. Monitoring competitive actions and market trends.
  5. Conducting negotiations and preparing offers for clients interested in container, LCL, bulk, and oversized transport.
  6. Building and managing a new sales team.


We require:

  1. At least one year of experience in managing a sales team.
  2. Proven experience in selling transport services.
  3. Fluent English, enabling smooth communication with clients.
  4. Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  6. Category B driving license.
  7. An existing client base will be an additional asset.
