About The Role

Own Saltz.App expansion in your city! You’ll find and contact new venues, meet chefs and managers, show how the app works, and support their orders, from cozy lunch spots to Michelin‑level places. We’ll train you, and give you room to own your day and your results. Join Saltz.App now to shape our entire GTM strategy with direct access to founders, investors, and international peers. The position is full‑time.

What You Will Do

  • Acquisition of customers in the field and presentation of innovative marketplace solutions
  • Attendance and processing of customer appointments (40‑60 bookings per month)
  • Independent weekly planning and ensuring target achievement/exceedance
  • Maintenance and independent expansion of the customer base
  • Independent demo leading, that let chefs see how Saltz makes getting the right products delivered to their kitchen effortless and on time.

What You Need

  • Background in either restaurant operations (kitchen/management), concierge, or customer service/KAM or in sales through internships, part time jobs or professional experience is an advantage (career changers welcome!)
  • Comfortable spending most of your time out in the field, meeting chefs and restaurant managers face‑to‑face (field sales)
  • Very good oral and written German and English skills
  • Confidence in negotiating and closing contracts
  • Bonus: You speak other languages fluently in addition to German or English
