? Sales Manager (B2B, Food Ingredients) – Warsaw / Remote
At Key Food Support, we specialize in the wholesale supply of food ingredients for the meat, bakery, and confectionery industries. We proudly support enterprises across the EU and beyond with high-quality starches, potato flakes, bread crumbs, fillings, fondants, extracts, and more.
We’re looking for an ambitious, driven, and people-oriented Sales Manager who wants not only to sell but to shape the future of our business.
What You’ll Do
- Acquire and develop new B2B clients in the food ingredients sector
- Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, negotiations, and closing deals
- Build long-term partnerships with clients (meat industry, bakery, confectionery industries)
- Represent KFS at exhibitions, conferences, and marketing events
- Prepare and send commercial offers, contracts, and specifications
- Contribute to product portfolio development based on client needs
- Participate in tenders and key industry projects
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of B2B sales experience (ideally in food ingredients: starches, potato flakes, fruit fillings, breadcrumbs)
- Fluent in Polish and English, with excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong track record in client acquisition and building relationships
- Self-motivation, independence, and multitasking ability
- Ambition, responsibility, and a drive for continuous growth
- Existing client contacts in the industry are a strong plus
