Position: Sales Manager Food (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and report results.
- Acquire new customers and manage relationships with existing ones.
- Conduct sales visits and commercial negotiations with raw‑material suppliers.
- Collaborate with suppliers, handle contracts, and maintain commercial documentation.
- Monitor market developments.
Required Profile
- Extensive experience in trading food additives, flavorings, and functional specialties, especially in confectionery and sports nutrition, with proven sales achievements.
- Higher education (preferably in commerce or food technology).
- Proficiency in English (direct supplier contact) and Polish (technical sales meetings with clients).
- Strong knowledge of raw‑material technical aspects and market.
- Results‑oriented, dynamic, innovative, and effective in driving outcomes.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, loyalty, and honesty.
