Sales Manager Experience with Car Accessories

Reporting to: CEO and CCO
Key performance indicators: Start and build distribution, build a business process.
A network of dealers who will sell the equipment: car dealerships, garages, service stations.
Requirements critical
Personal contacts with all distributors of car accessories
Personal contacts with auto importers, dealer centers
Experience in bringing a new brand to the market
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a sales strategy bring our products to market.
- Setting and achieving sales targets and goals.
- Managing the sales team including hiring, training and motivating employees.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners.
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competition to ensure product competitiveness.
- Organizing marketing and promotional activities to promote products.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in a senior sales position.
- Proven experience in successfully bringing products to market.
- Strong skills in team management and employee motivation.
- Strong understanding of market trends and competition.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the Region, in particular the automotive industry.
- High level of professional responsibility and initiative.
