Sales Manager – European Market
Currently, for our client – a global company – we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across the European market.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a passion for client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Targets: Drive and achieve sales goals across the European region, ensuring consistent performance and growth.
- Market Insights: Conduct in-depth research on the European silica market, identifying customer needs and monitoring competitor activities.
- Client Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, proactively resolving issues and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Client Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities and sales channels throughout Europe.
- Cross-region Collaboration: Act as a liaison between our China headquarters and European clients, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably with key account management in the oral care or tyre industries.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and a collaborative team player.
