Main Goal of Position
Develop and implement a channel strategy to keep Melex as the market leader in Poland, grow revenue and profit from new car sales within the Polish market.
Scope of Responsibility
- Design and execute an effective sales strategy for Melex electric vehicles
- Lead and coach back office sales team
- Collect market and business data to track the Company performance in the market
- Use business data, voice of customer data and key metrics to pro-actively suggest and execute improvements to the sales process
- Identify and service strategic accounts in territory
- Establish and maintain sales pipeline tracking
- Establish and maintain dealer network in line with the developed sales strategy
- Undertake dealer and end user product demonstrations
- Lead Melex participation at local tradeshows
Our Requirements
- Experience in direct sales in public / municipal sector and tenders
- Experience in sales through a dealer network
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the machine and equipment industry
- Strong business acumen developed through sales experience
- Knowledge of commercial legal frameworks
- Fluency in English and Polish
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Good understanding of how ERP systems work and support sales operations
