What will you do?
Account management & growth (key accounts / mid‑market)
- Day‑to‑day ownership of assigned customers in Poland and the Czech Republic (phone, email, onsite meetings).
- Monitoring customer activity (volumes, machine usage, planned investments, satisfaction).
- Proactively identifying new sales and cross‑/up‑sell opportunities (e.g. additional machines, software, services).
- Preparing and presenting commercial offers and tailored solution proposals.
- Coordinating internal stakeholders (service, marketing, customer success) to ensure excellent customer experience.
Monitoring, reporting & analysis
- Regular preparation of customer reports (pipeline, project status, risks, opportunities) and regional sales performance.
- Analyzing market trends in Poland and the Czech Republic (competition, business models, digital printing trends).
- Reporting to the line manager against agreed KPIs (sales, margin, activities, forecasts).
Relationship building & business development
- Building strong, long‑term partnerships with decision‑makers on the customer side (management, production, purchasing, marketing).
- Participating in meetings, presentations, industry events, trade fairs and conferences.
- Positioning Kornit Digital as a comprehensive solution provider (hardware, software, service, business support).
New business development (30–40% of time)
- Actively identifying potential new customers in Poland and the Czech Republic (printers, garment manufacturers, e‑commerce, POD providers).
- Initiating contact, setting up meetings, running presentations and first commercial discussions.
- Cooperating with sales and marketing teams on lead qualification and development of new projects.
Requirements
Professional experience & skills
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales as an Account Manager / Sales Manager / Key Account Manager.
- Experience working with customers in the Polish market (CEE / Czech Republic experience is a plus).
- Proven track record in developing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in preparing offers, conducting negotiations and closing investment‑type deals.
Strong plus / preferred
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Machinery and solutions similar to Kornit Digital (digital textile printing / DTG / DTF / roll‑to‑roll).
- Apparel / textile printing.
- Print‑on‑demand (POD), fashion e‑commerce, fulfilment.
- Knowledge of industrial machinery, printing or related technologies.
Soft skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong customer focus and consultative, solution‑selling approach.
- Analytical mindset – ability to work with data, reports and KPIs.
- High level of self‑organization, independence and result orientation.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Poland and the Czech Republic.
Education & languages
- Fluency in Polish (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Very good command of English (international environment).
- Knowledge of Czech is a strong plus.
- Higher education is an advantage but not required – relevant experience and results are more important.
Other
- Category B driving license.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
