Join us as our new Sales Manager East Europe B2B Human Health Biosolution Probiotics

Your area of responsibility will fall within the Polish and East European market mainly, an area where market opportunities are increasing rapidly. We need to further boost our new broad portfolio and leading position on science probiotic strains. In this role, youll make an impact on our growth ambition and strategy, becoming our ambassador in the area.

In this role youll make an impact by:

• Executing the Human Health & Nutrition strategy
• Positioning Novonesis in the marketplace as a trustworthy, flexible, and knowledgeable probiotic supplier
• Managing and developing existing customer relationships
• Managing customer projects through Sales Force and customer request process
• Identifying and developing new business and partnership opportunities for growth
• Creating and managing account strategy
• Driving commercial agreement discussions
• Responsible for TM agreement and compliance
• Providing updates and estimates on a timely basis
• Close interaction with other departments
• Living in Poland or one of the East European countries will be considered a preference
• This is a dynamic job in a growing and fun team with passionate colleagues - Your entrepreneurial mindset and attitude will be key to success in this role.

Potentially relevant experience:

• Scientific background and a master’s degree in Nutritional Science, Food Science, Pharmacy, or Biology
• Experience from the dietary supplement and/or OTC market for probiotics
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the territory
• Excellent English and East European (Polish, Czech, Bulgarian, Romanian, Serbian, or other) language skills - spoken and in writing
• Experience and willingness to work with systems like SAP, Excel, Salesforce
• A self-starting and self-motivating individual with a positive attitude and influence on the organization
• Accurate and respectful of deadlines
• Current drivers license
