Our client is a leading Finnish company in the highly customizable brick facades, specializing in providing high-performance insulation solutions, particularly in the field of thermal insulation for buildings. They have established partners in the UK, Norway, Sweden and Belgium but an appetite to grow in Europe.
The company is hiring for experienced DACH area Sales Manager with German and English language to lead the business growth across Europe in the brick facade sector. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B sales and distribution, particularly in building materials, and proven ability to manage partnerships and drive new market opportunities.
Location: Flexible within Europe, regular travel required (Poland, Finland, Germany)

- Fluent in English and German language; additional Polish, or any Nordic language are a plus.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
