The person in this role will be responsible for expanding the client base and maintaining relationships with existing customers in the transportation services sector. Both sales skills and analytical and organizational abilities are essential. Collaboration with other departments and engaging with clients are key to success in this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Acquisition – Actively attracting new clients to the transportation service offering.
Sales Strategy – Co-developing and implementing sales growth strategies in the Polish market.
Sales Target Achievement – Successfully meeting established sales goals.
Relationship Building – Maintaining long-term relationships with key clients.
Market Analysis – Identifying trends and expansion opportunities in the transportation sector.
Proposal Preparation – Creating commercial offers and advising clients on optimal solutions.
Needs Assessment – Expanding sales volumes among existing customers.
Service Standards – Ensuring high-quality customer service and conducting business negotiations.
Internal Collaboration – Working closely with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Event Participation – Representing the company at business meetings, trade fairs, and business trips.
Education – Higher education in technical or economic fields.
Experience – Practical experience in selling transportation services.
English Language – Proficiency allowing fluent communication.
Organizational Skills – Excellent planning, work organization, and time management.
Interpersonal Skills – Strong communication skills and the ability to build client relationships.
Analytical Thinking – Ability to analyze and approach problems creatively.
Willingness to Travel – Category B driving license and readiness for business trips.
