For our client, we are looking for a Sales Manager in the Event Industry. If you are an ambitious and energetic professional with a passion for selling events, industry events, and corporate events, then this offer is for you! As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of business clients and achieving sales goals based on creative and innovative event solutions.
Salary : up to 10,000 net + bonuses
Employment Type : B2B, contract of employment
Location : Warsaw, Poland
Recruitment Process
- Stage 1 : phone call with {skills} matter recruiter (15-30 min)
- Stage 2 : phone call with the client (15 min)
- Stage 3 : on-site meeting with the final client (1 h)
Your Daily Tasks
- Actively sell events, industry events, and corporate events, both to new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Develop a sales strategy, identify potential clients, and build long-term business relationships.
- Advise and support clients in selecting the best event solutions, tailored to their needs and expectations.
- Negotiate terms of cooperation, prepare commercial offers, and finalize contracts.
- Monitor and analyze the event market and industry trends, to continuously improve the offer and adapt to the changing needs of clients.
- Build a positive image of the company in the market and participate in industry and networking events.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in sales of events, industry events, or corporate events.
- Knowledge of English at a communicative level.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong motivation to achieve sales targets and willingness to take on challenges.
- Understanding of event market trends and mechanisms, and ability to identify potential clients.
- Ability to manage time and priorities, and work in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive approach to work, ability to make decisions and act independently.
