Sales Manager



Your responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Proactively hunt for and acquire new domestic and international clients for our HR and payroll services and innovative online platform.
  • Innovative Sales Strategies: Develop, test, and implement various methods to attract and engage potential clients.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify and understand client requirements to propose the most suitable solutions from our offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Project Leadership: Lead the sales process from start to finish, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with teams across the organization—including sales, product management, legal, and operations—to facilitate smooth collaborations.
  • Market Representation: Enhance our company's image as a leading HR and payroll provider through active market presence.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to inform your sales approach and contribute to thought leadership.

Our requirements

  • Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within HR and payroll services or related industries.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive in generating new ideas and approaches to sales strategies.
  • Willingness to test and implement various methods for acquiring new clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Fluent Polish and good English skills (B2 level).
  • Experience in identifying and engaging potential clients effectively.
  • Flexibility to adjust strategies based on market feedback and changing environments.
  • Comfortable with using and explaining online platforms and digital tools.
  • Focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work well within a team while also driving individual initiatives.
