Admitad is a global provider of innovative performance marketing solutions, monetization technologies, partnership services and earning management with a partner network of more than 3000 advertisers and +100K active publishers. We are looking for a Sales Manager who will join and strengthen our current team. You will be responsible for attracting advertisers in the Czech Republic.
What youll do:
- Identifying and targeting potential clients and partners in the affiliate marketing space and establishing strong business relationships with them;
- Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients;
- Negotiating and closing deals with clients, as well as ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product development and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities;
- Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, and highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations;
- Attending industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships, generate leads, and promote the companys offerings;
- Staying informed about the companys products, features, and updates to effectively communicate their value to clients;
- Collaborating with marketing teams to align sales and marketing efforts and ensuring consistent messaging and effective lead generation;
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
What we expect:
- Proficiency in Czech and English (oral and written);
- A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the SaaS or affiliate marketing industry;
- A strong understanding of the Czech market and its dynamics;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry;
- Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies, familiarity with CRM software and sales tools;
- A results-driven and target-oriented mindset;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- The ability to work independently and take initiative;
- The willingness to travel within Czech for client meetings and industry events, as required.
