We are looking for a Sales Manager Central & Eastern Europe for our Personal & Home Care business.

This job will report to the Sales Director EMEA and will be based out of a home-office in Poland or the North-East of France, or office-based in Saint-Ouen-lAumône and will require intense travelling (approx. 60%) to visit clients, support your sales team, and to connect with the central services headquartered nearby Paris.

What youll do:

  1. As a Regional Manager, you will lead your Sales Team across your territory and secure flawless sales execution and growth.
  2. You will also manage and grow multinational accounts directly to boost the home care category. In addition, you will develop and deliver sales activities with a distribution partner for mid-size accounts.
  3. You will design value propositions adapted to your territory and customers (composed of Multinationals, key local brands, and 3PM’s), and secure its execution within your Team.
  4. As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate with internal teams that will support and ensure your success!
  5. As part of your multiple activities, you will report in a timely manner, on common platforms used and communicate accordingly with our different support services.

What you’ll bring:

  1. BS Degree required in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related discipline.
  2. Seasoned professional in B2B technical sales (personal/home care, chemicals, etc.) that reflects high productivity of measurable results, supported by experience in managing teams.
  3. A strategic approach to developing and winning business being savvy at selling highly technical, value-added solutions to a professional audience.
  4. Experience managing multinational and large accounts and partnering with key decision-makers for innovative or customized new product developments.
  5. The drive and passion to win in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  6. Full proficiency in English.
