What we offer
The Sales Manager will be supporting the business lines Coating & Polymers and Glass production and will be responsible to achieve maximum profitable growth &sales objectives in line with Sibelco’s vision and strategic objectives in Central Europe with the main focus on Poland but also including the following countries: Hungary, Czechia, Romania, Slovakia, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania as well as Estonia. You will be supporting on both Sibelco as well as Sibelco Green Solutions and selling industrial minerals as well as glass recycling. The Sales Manager will be responsible to identify new sales opportunities, commercialize new products and understanding the market and building the necessary market intelligence to retaining as well as extending the Customer portfolio. This position will require travelling 2-3 days per week across Poland as well as occasionally across Central Europe. The remaining time will be in home-office ideally based in Central Poland.
