Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced enterprise sales professional to develop AI-focused business by identifying prospects, designing full-stack AI factory solutions, and closing complex deals across industries such as healthcare, finance, and government. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of AI infrastructure, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and pipeline growth in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers in the data center and enterprise sectors.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client needs, advise on data architectures (GPU clusters, HPC, storage & networking), and recommend tailored solutions.
- Executive Engagement: Build trusted relationships with C-level executives (CTO, CIO, Chief AI Officers) and influence AI investment decisions at the board level.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, continuously seeking new opportunities and refining sales strategies.
- Deal Closing: Lead negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and manage contracts to closure. Aim to meet or exceed revenue targets and pipeline quotas.
- Collaboration: Work with technical teams, product managers, legal, finance, and marketing to deliver comprehensive proposals and impactful presentations.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on AI trends, competitors, and technological advancements.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, ideally in AI, HPC, data centers, or cloud infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of server, storage, and management solutions, with knowledge of Cloud, Data Centers, and Enterprise IT environments.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle with Fortune 1000 companies and large enterprises; capable of developing strategies for multi-million-dollar deals. Experience with C-level engagement is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Business or Management is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing diverse, global teams.
- Excellent communication skills across disciplines, cultures, and geographies.
- Proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Adaptability to fast-paced, diverse environments.
- Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken; additional European languages are preferred.
