The Role
A team manager responsible for operational managing an auction platform for salvage and used cars. This individual is highly analytical and results oriented, responsible for the companys financial performance (maintaining the run rate, new sales - in accordance with the sales targets and internal bonus system), for multi-level collaboration with other partners within and outside the organization, and for retaining existing customers and acquiring new ones.

- Managing the team responsible for transaction execution
- Measuring key KPIs providing information on the quality and efficiency of the team-s work
- Managing knowledge within the team
- Maintaining a high work ethic while maintaining a minimum turnover rate
- Ensuring high-quality collaboration with current clients
- Collaborating with teams within the organization responsible for technical platform maintenance
- Collaborating with other markets in Europe regarding transaction execution and the exchange of knowledge and experience
- Planning work at a high level, including sales budget implementation
