Recruitment for

Our client is an international manufacturing and trading company operating in the premium segment of the construction industry. Known for high-quality products and innovative solutions, the company is expanding its operations in Poland. To support this growth, they are looking for an experienced and dynamic Country Sales Manager to lead market development efforts across the country, with a clear career path toward the position of Managing Director of the local entity.

Your responsibilities

  • Acquiring new clients, investments, and business opportunities – primary focus of the role
  • Developing and managing relationships with general contractors, developers, design offices, and public procurement units
  • Participating in tenders, preparing offers, and leading commercial negotiations
  • Representing the company in the Polish market and strengthening the premium brand image
  • Implementing and executing the company’s sales, marketing, and service strategies
  • Cooperating with Product Managers to launch new products and expand existing ones
  • Monitoring market trends, conducting analysis, and making strategic decisions
  • Conducting technical, commercial, and product trainings
  • Opportunity to build and lead a team and grow into the role of Country Director - Proxy.

Employer requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in independently acquiring clients within the construction or investment sectors, preferably in B2B technical sales
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and building a strong client base
  • Very good command of English – essential for daily communication and documentation
  • Solid understanding of public procurement processes and tender procedures
  • Experience working with developers, general contractors, and design professionals
  • Strong analytical skills, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to make independent decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Valid category B driving license and readiness for frequent business travel across Poland (mobile work environment)
